Jessica Rutkosky
Copy Editor & Logistics Strategist
A focused and strategic partner, Jessica is committed to helping every team member and Solomon Advising client thrive.
One of the unique aspects of Solomon Advising is the ability for our team to pursue their passions outside of what we do, so while she now works in a smaller capacity with our team, Jessica is still the “boots on the ground” team member for our client's quarterly newsletters. She is instrumental in helping edit the newsletters for content and mechanical errors, as well as making sure they are labeled, stamped, filled, and sent in a manner that wows the clients every time!
Our work here would not be the same without her perfect mix of pragmatism and optimism that helps the team accomplish their goals in the most efficient ways possible.
Much like what inspired our other team members, Jessica is most excited to see how Solomon continues to grow, in the hopes that through our prosperity we continue to help clients transform their companies into the businesses they’ve always dreamed of. This mindset of growth applies to all aspects of her life in the form of taking on challenges, such as pursuing a PhD and growing beyond her fear of failure.
Prior to joining, Jessica worked as an office manager at a local IT firm. She also has her Master’s Degree in Theology and works as adjunct faculty in Fresno Pacific University’s Biblical Studies and Early Childhood Development departments.
When not pursuing her dreams at work, Jessica can be found doing Zumba, playing with her best friend’s 4 children, and eating dessert.

Czech Republic
The countryside is stunning, Prague is a beautiful city and there is a lot of history from the time of the Protestant Reformation.

Favorite Movie
Braveheart
The music, the scenery, the history (granted, I'm sure Hollywood took some liberties), and ultimately the human story.

I would probably go back to 18th century England.
I really enjoy period pieces (books, movies, etc.), and this seems to be the setting of many of them.

Cookies, brownies, cake, and pretty much any dessert.
They help me get through the day and make life worth living:)
