Staff Onboarding - Cole Fisher

As part of our HR support efforts for Cole Fisher, we developed an extensive 2-week onboarding schedule for new staff. This encompassed an hourly schedule filled with activities, training, and meetings designed to quickly get new team members up to speed, increase efficiency, and decrease confusion.
