While the holidays are often lauded as “the most wonderful time of the year”, they can also be a very difficult time for many. Whether experiencing depression, grief, or just feeling overwhelmed by all of the holiday to-do’s, we chose to remind people that they are not alone and that there is help available during this time of year.
