When COVID-19 hit and everyone was required to stay home, we saw a sharp incline in rates of depression and anxiety. We wanted to respond with a campaign that both faced that truth but also extended a hand towards healing. Our three fifteen-second vignettes targeted our highest patient demographics and within 30 days of being live, new patient calls began pouring in. The practice decided to bring on four additional therapists just to handle the increased demand and response.
